Campus Food Services serves as the liaison between the University and food service providers on campus. Our office monitors the quality of food service operations, ensures contract compliance and establishes policies and procedures regarding meal plans with excellent student service as our main priority.
We serve students, faculty and staff by serving quality food in the Cypress Lake Dining Hall and University Club and providing multiple meal options throughout campus. We offer multiple meal plan choices for both resident and non-resident students as well as options for faculty and staff.
The goals of Campus Food Services are to:
- Provide quality dining options across campus for students, faculty and staff.
- Ensure quality food through consultation with food service providers on the hiring of qualified executive chefs and cooks and daily monitoring of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure quality service by serving as liaison between the University and food service providers.
